RETURN & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your jewelry, but if something isn’t right:

• We accept returns within [24 hours] of receiving your order.
• Items must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping cost are customers responsibility (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).
• Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your exchange or refund within [3-5 business days].

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within [48 hours] of receiving your package.
• We may ask for photos of the item and packaging to assess the case.
• We´ll send a replacement free of charge or issue a refund whichever your prefer.
